Accepted Methods Of Payment
Mainswitch Hosting accepts Mastercard, Visa and Wire Transfer. For payment
details , please contact
sales@mainswitch.com.
After Submitting Your Order
After filling out the order form and submitting, your virtual hosting
account will be set up in 48 hours.
Relevant information (FTP username/password, DNS name server settings, etc.) will be email to you.
Your virtual web server will not be accessible until your domain trasfer has been completed. Domain transfers takes upto 48 hours.
Your billing cycle for your service is annually, and you will not be charged automatically next year. However, you will be notified before your hosting service expires, so that you can renew your hosting service.
Domain Registration Charges
If you don't have a domain name, we provide domain name registration for domain extensions of "com", "net" and "org" for only
€16.00/year. The registration period is one year. When submitting your order, you will be charged for
€16.00 immediately. You may re-register your domain name each year for an additional
€16.00. You will be notified before your domain name registration expires.
Upgrading Your Account
If your website has expanded in the time you have been hosted, and need more resources, you are free to upgrade your service to a higher plan at anytime. Plan upgrades are at no extra cost. You will be charged the difference between prices of hosting plans. Please contact
sales@mainswitch.com for account upgrades.
Cancellation Of Your Service
To terminate your service before your hosting service expires, please send an email to
sales@mainswitch.com.
Your account will be deleted, and your personal information will be cleaned out of the database.
